Truffles
We are especially known for fresh truffles, which we offer throughout the year. Each truffle variety has its own season, and prices depend on the variety and availability.
Fresh Truffle Seasons:
- Tuber Borchii Vitt / Tuber Albidum Pico
White spring truffle (bianchetto) — January 15 to April 30 - Tuber Aestivum / Tuber Uncinatum
Black summer truffle / autumn truffle — May 1 to December 31 - Tuber Magnatum Pico
White truffle ("Alba truffle") — October 1 to December 31 - Tuber Melanosporum
Black winter truffle (Périgord truffle) — November 14 to March 15
For fresh truffles, we recommend pre-ordering by Sunday of each week.
Alongside fresh truffles, our selection includes various truffle preserves such as sauces, pastes, and oils. Truffles are also available crushed, sliced, and whole in preserved form.
We represent several of Italy’s most renowned truffle suppliers, including Tartufi Morra, Sacchi Tartufi, and Tartufo di Paolo
Olive Oils & Vinegars
Our selection consists of high-quality extra virgin olive oils sourced directly from Italian family farms. Among the producers we represent are e.g. Ligurian Olio Roi, Emilia-Romagna’s Coppini Arte Olearia, Calabrian Olearia San Giorgio, Umbrian Priorelli, and Tuscan Frantoio Franci.
Oils made from a single olive variety highlight the unique aromas and nuances of that specific type. Oils blended from multiple varieties combine the best characteristics of each olive type. These blends aim for a balanced flavor profile — a subtle mix of smoothness, fruitiness, and peppery notes that make them versatile for cooking.
The flavor and quality of olive oil are influenced not only by the variety but also by the ripeness, growing location, climate, weather conditions, and harvesting method. The result is unique — each oil tells a story of its soil and producer.
The nuances of olive oil especially come alive depending on the food it’s paired with. We also offer flavored oils that add depth to cooking and finishing dishes.
We offer dozens of options suitable for professional kitchens as well as home cooks’ delicious creations. Our selection ranges from traditionally barrel-aged IGP and DOP balsamic vinegars to everyday wine vinegars and creatively flavored varieties that bring an extra dimension to cooking.
Authentic traditional balsamic vinegar comes from the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia in the Emilia-Romagna region.
We represent, among others, the world’s oldest balsamic vinegar producer, Giuseppe Giusti from Modena.
Flours
Our flour selection is based on carefully chosen (organic) grains that are ground slowly and gently—this way, the nutrients, flavor, and texture of the grain are preserved in the best possible way.
Our range includes, among others:

- Whole grain and spelt flours
- erikoisjauhoja (esim. farro, enkirn, kamut)

Sauces
Our versatile and high-quality tomato sauces add rich flavor and authentic Italian aroma to pizzas, pasta dishes, as a base for sauces, and as a side.
Pestos are an excellent choice to bring freshness and aroma to pasta sauces and work well as a side for grilled vegetables, fish, or chicken, as well as a spread on bread.

Ars Italica and Calvisius sturgeons are farmed in Lombardy, Northern Italy. Ars Italica sturgeons live in the lakes and river environment of the Ticino Natural Park, where the waterflow mimics their natural habitat. Calvisius is an inland aquaculture facility designed to provide the most natural conditions possible for sturgeon farming. The water is pure groundwater that, after passing through the tanks and enriching their diverse ecosystems, returns to the ground and is directed to local farmers for irrigation.
The malossol salting method is especially prized, as it uses only a small amount of salt, preserving the delicate taste and texture of the caviar. The caviar holds "GlobalGAP" and "Friend of the Sea" certifications. Packaging sizes: 10g / 100g.
Tradition Prestige (White sturgeon Acipenser transmontanus): mild, soft, elegant, and approachable. Perfect for first-time caviar tasters and classic presentations (e.g., with blinis and potatoes).
